Blogging about blogging: BizJam Seattle 2008

This blog was intended to give fans, friends and followers a Red Delicious more insight into the business and its part in the world. I learned today that I'm on the right track, somewhat.

Day one of the BizJam Seattle 2008 conference, put on by Biznik, focused on social media and how it can help small businesses get our brands, products and services more 'out there'. Holy cow! It seems I'm way behind the pack.

Thankfully I'm not the only 'noob' in social media (one of the encylopedia of terms learned today). And the excellent speakers and sessions provided a wealth of useful information on everything from blogging and social networks to photo sharing and analytical tools.

You want to know all about what I do and how I do it, right? The sessions generated a lot of ideas about how to really draw back the curtain and share with you, down to the pins and needles, the story of Red Delicious.

And you want to share with friends your enthusiasm for Red Delicious products and give me suggestions and feedback, right? So coming up will be new ways for you to share the love and interact.

Of course, your input is already welcome through comments here, or you can email info@reddeliciousseattle.com. Look forward to talking with you.

I recently came accross your blog and have been reading along. I thought I would leave my first comment. I don't know what to say except that I have enjoyed reading. Nice blog. I will keep visiting this blog very often.
